Metflow (“we”, “us”) builds websites, apps, CRMs, and workflow automations, based in Beirut, Lebanon. This page explains what information we collect through metflow.tech and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of it in our internal customer system. We don't collect this information anywhere else on the site.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic to the site (e.g. which pages are visited, roughly how many visitors). This is cookie-free and doesn't identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To reply to messages sent through the contact form.
• To keep a record of business inquiries and client relationships in our internal systems.
• To understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to inquiries:

• Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics.
• Resend — email delivery for contact form submissions.
• Supabase — secure database storage for inquiries we receive.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any analytics we use are cookie-free by design.

Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to maintain the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing hello@metflow.tech.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site or our tools change. Material changes will update the effective date above.
